Returns

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.


If possible please print out your original Order Confirmation email and include this with your returned item.
We’ll notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


 

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

 

Cancellation (change of mind)

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in new condition and unworn (other than when tried on for size). We appreciate you may have needed to open the packaging to try on garments etc. - please re-seal the packaging before returning or re-package appropriately. We will issue a refund or send out a replacement size with free delivery if you already paid the shipping charge on your initial order.

 

Incorrect size

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement of an alternative size if the items do not fit your child correctly. Items should be returned in new condition and unworn (other than when tried on for size). We appreciate you may have needed to open the packaging to try on garments etc. - please re-seal the packaging before returning or re-package appropriately. We will issue a refund or send out a replacement size with free delivery if you already paid the shipping charge on your initial order.



Faulty goods

You may return items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or replacement of an identical product of same size and colour if the item develops a fault.



Incorrect goods

You must return items within 7 days of delivery if we send you an item which is different from what you purchased and you do not require it, otherwise after the 7 day period we shall assume you are happy with the item. In any case, the items should be returned as new in it’s original packaging.



Refund of your postage charge

For incorrectly sent, wrong size or defective goods we will send out the replacement with free shipping if you previously paid the shipping charge on your initial order.



Turnaround time for replacement items

You should expect to receive your replacement within 10 working days of us receiving your returned item’s. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order or refund by email
